Follow these steps to submit your trademark request. Be sure to include complete and accurate details for timely review.
1
Use an Approved Vendor
Please note: Not all vendors in UGA’s OneSource Financials or UGAMart are authorized to use university trademarks. Always check the current licensee list.
2
Get a Vendor Art Proof
Request a mock-up from the vendor showing how the logo will appear on the item. Self-made designs or files won’t be accepted.

3
Submit Your Request
Complete the Request for the Use of Trademarks and Logos online. Attach all required files and information.

4
Wait for Review
You’ll receive either an approval or feedback with revision instructions to meet compliance requirements via email.
5
Retain and Use Approval Document
Save a copy of the signed approval. Include it with any related requisitions, payment requests, or P-Card paperwork.
